The Best Dive Ever

Everybody has a dive to remember... I vividly remember that dive several years ago I did in Cocos island. Numerous dolphins were leading a way front of a humpback whale mum and her baby. They were followed by hundreds of sharks. It was the most amazing, breath taking moment of my entire life. What was the most unforgettable dive you did?

  2. Diving with hummer-head sharks on Galapagos Island was as good as it gets.

  3. Cocos Island, Costa Rica: I saw from a meter away as several dolphins swam by, followed by a humpback whale mom and a baby with hundreds of shark behind. It was breath-taking. Nature at its best. A picture one can not appreciate fully while watching on TV.

  4. Little Cayman, Cayman Islands: I was doing my check out dives. Growing up on the ocean, my friends for years would tell me "if you dive you will see the ocean in a whole new way!" and finally 20 years later I was doing it. I was only a SCUBA diver so I could only go to 45 feet. My first giant stride my weight belt came off! Going down the mooring line I was holding on so tightly I thought my fingers would break. Then my instructor signed lets swim, I was like "OUT THERE?!!" so I left the security line behind and started gliding away, all I kept saying was "OH MY GOD!, OH MY GOD!" The viz was 150 feet plus and the part that hooked me was the wall, you could see clearly from the shallows to the blackness of the deep. My instructor held my hand and extended me over the wall, I held my arm out like I was flying, and my whole being tingled. I could see my friends from the boat down below waving to me.
